"Awesome place"

"We booked a king 1 bedroom suite for 4 nights starting October 23, 2026 for 4 nights. The next morning we noticed small cockroach nymphs on the floor near the entry and in the bathroom. We stopped at the front desk and let them know before heading out for the day hoping that it would be dealt with. We returned late to our room to find more of these bugs on the floor. I called the front desk to enquire what had been done when we were out all day, the clerk was not sure but she was slcwrtain that...

"The room was not as depicted. When they refused to change our room we left.stayed 1 night. They refused to file with expedia for a refund. We bought the insurance so we would like you to refund all but one night"
