ALL staff were polite and knowledgeable going out of there way to accommodate any and all of your needs. The grounds are beautiful and clean as are the rooms. This resort has numerous outdoor pools which were clean, warm and never really crowded. I would recommend this resort to anyone and would stay there again if in the Orlando area.

We did not have time to participate in the activities. We had a 2-bedroom suite, fully equipped with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Melissa was excellent at check-in and this formed the model for the rest of our stay. We took the shuttle bus with Luis, who was a really interesting guy. The property is beautiful and lovingly maintained and our apartment was marvellously-equipped with a gorgeous view. We loved the service at the bar at Zimmie's and it was wonderful to be remembered by the staff even after being there only a single day. To be truthful, we didn't want to leave.

This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The atmosphere was relaxing and awesome. They had daily activities. The staff was respectful and welcoming. Hands down the best experience ever. Now all other hotels will not be able to compare to the Sheraton Vistana Resort.

I’d recommend that others check this place out. We only had a short stay and really would have tried to enjoy a longer stay. Maybe next time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The property is gorgeous and vast. Really would like to say that I’d stay there again. Oh…well we are but maybe next time for much longer.

The property & room was nicer than what was in the pictures! The staff is so nice and helpful there as well! The pool was beautiful and everything was so clean! The villa we stayed at had a stackable washer and dryer. Dishes and silverware, coffee pot, towels, etc were provided! You couldn't need anything!
