"This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we loved our stay here. We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and it was great! Everything was clean and beautiful! The pool and the wet bar were great. There were a bunch of restaurants on the resort and all of them were very tasty. We will definitely be back next year! "

"Room was dated & seems to have been through some usage but overall good service like most said. The door handle at my balcony was broken or loose. (Oceanview). Very kids friendly for toddler, it has a small section playground slide. On the bottom level it has ping pong and connect4 & other kids games. If you are going with adults I will recommend next door or somewhere else. 8/10"

"What a wonderful relaxing place to stay! Clean, fresh smelling room, bed was comfortable! Management were quick to reply to requests and very accommodating and kind! Continental breakfast was so convenient, water bottles, fruit, cheese, small snacks, coffee was delicious! Location was ideal close to everything, but tucked into the side of a mountain! Views were spectacular!! Will be back for sure!! "

"We had a great stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and really enjoyed our four-night stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with well-maintained spaces. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall service was excellent. One small suggestion: it would be very helpful if, at check-in, the hotel clearly explained what is included in the resort fee. We later found out it covered several amenities that we were not aware of and...
