"Aside from the initial contact that we had at reception, the staff was not that welcoming. We also had a couple of concerns about our room. One is there was a leak on our terrace that had been going on for some time from the pool area above. We pulled up the turf and the concrete underneath was covered in a black residue and there had been no rain there for months. "The room was not what we expected. Should have been a room with an ocean view but view was only partial to the far right. No coffee in the room. Absolutely no place to put luggage. Luggage assistance didn’t exist until a nice staff member directed us to a luggage lift. We left 2 days early and requested a partial refund but thus far none has been given. Restaurant was crowded with bus travelers."

"Great location! I was on the 4th floor with no lift but they helped carry everything! Cute tiny little terrace in our room and nice shared terrace on 2 floors! Staff was excellent!! Downfall; bad smell in my room like sauerkraut! Staff acknowledged it and made it better. I booked this room for the AC but the buttons were taped over and there was plastic placed over the vents so I couldn’t use it! I will ask for compensation for this!"
