Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautifully renovated and decorated property, all immaculately clean. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Supetar, the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is tastefully decorated throughout, everything in pristine condition, we were especially impressed with our room, lovely views of the bay, plenty of space and a great bathroom, that came with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed breakfast, a very good selection at the buffet of fresh fruit, meats, bread cakes etc, complemented by a comprehensive selection of dishes from the hot menu, served by the excellent staff, when we next visit Cavtat we would definitely stay at the Hotel Supetar

We were moved last minute to a sister property, Hotel Excelsior, due to end of season maintenance. The staff was lovely and very helpful with the details of the change. We were upgraded with a beautiful, seafront room and greeted with a bottle of wine and tray of sweets. While unexpected, we had a terrific stay and loved Excelsior and hope to be back to stay again!

Beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful with many order options. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. This place is truly wonderful and so we can´t wait to come again.

Wow! What an amazing stay. From the moment we stepped through the door the service was wonderful. Our receptionist (very annoyed I’ve forgotten her name) was so welcoming and helpful that we knew we were in for the perfect holiday. We landed early so she invited us to have breakfast on the beautiful terrace. We have been lucky enough to stay in many nice hotels thanks to being a travel journalist but this one is right up there with the service being thoughtful, professional and genuine. While our room didn’t have a sea view or a balcony everything else about it was ideal from the delicious soft sheets, comfy bed and being scrupulously clean. A bottle of bubbly for our 10th wedding anniversary was a generous touch. Can’t wait to go back. PS so glad we booked here rather than Dubrovnik as it is so peaceful and relaxed and only 10 mins from the airport

First of all, I rarely leave a review but this hotel has to be one of the best we have stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with amazing customer service. Our gorgeous room was located in the recently renovated building, seperate to the main hotel but within a short walking distance. The bedlinen was luxurious, and every day, a small apératif was left in our room. Outside, the hotel had built a cocktail bar with a small menu. We didn't try this until our last night and wish we'd tried it sooner as the food and drinks were delicous. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, I know we'll be back ASAP.

This property is absolutely beautiful. I don’t know where to start on how much we enjoyed our stay at Supetar Cavtat. The greeting we received from the front desk and staff was very fast and professional. The front desk gave us a tour of the property and facility before showing us our room that was definitely a plus for me. The breakfast buffet was so so good with lots of options and always so fresh. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing the beach is right across the street from Supetar. The front desk asked if we would visit Dubrovnik and explained 3 different options of Transportation we went with the Taxi boat very easy to access. Our room was cleaned 2x a day and they always had a sweet touch with something sweet on your nightstand or desk every evening. I can’t wait to visit again this place has become very special to me.

10/10 experience. Im usually too lazy to write a review but i had such an amazing time during a short 2d stay here with my brother. We landed after midnight, which i let the hotel know only the day of arrival (due to my own mixup). The hotel sorted out transfer promptly and left us a generous cold cut/cheese platter each in the room! Much appreciated meal especially given the time of day. We weren’t blessed with the best weather during our stay but the team helped calling boat tour operator for us (saved us buying tickets in vain) and shuffled the rooms the next day so we could check out very late. I only managed to catch Dubraka’s name (and she is an angel) but every single staff member has been incredibly warm and helpful. Thank you so so much!!

This was our second stay at Hotel Supetar in Cavtat—after visiting last summer, our daughters insisted we return this summer. We had another wonderful experience: the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, the rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast and meals at the hotel remain better than any along the harbor. The small pool area is perfectly maintained, with comfy chairs and umbrellas, and the hotel’s prime location puts you within walking distance of shops and restaurants and scenic waterfront walks. We also enjoyed the hotel’s new bar next door, a great spot for a pre-dinner drink. Between relaxing at the hotel, island hopping, and snorkelling around Cavtat, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay for our whole family.

This may be my new favorite hotel. The staff are wonderful. The property has been recently renovated and is incredibly stylish. The location is perfect. The restaurant onsite is the best in the town. The food is delicious and creative with beautiful presentation.
