Brilliant apartment!

Brilliant location between Dubrovnik city and the airport. Close to Cavtat beach. Petra, the caretaker was very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Recidence Alpha. The views are stunning. The apartment was clean and a decent size for our family of 4 for 3 nights. The pool facilities were good. It was nice to be able to stroll into Cavtat. There are a lot of stairs and hills, but we already knew that.

Great modern apartment in Cavtat

We spent one week at Residence Alpha. The apartment is pretty well equipped, is very comfortable and modernly furnished. The views from our 1st floor flat were lovely with evening sun on the private balcony. The best aspect of the stay was the friendly greeting and help provided by the staff who were always on hand.

A very nice condo-like place in the hills near Cavtat. This is a great place to arrive from or leave to the airport, and also a good spot to see Dubrovnik from (arrive by boat!). Caveat is a classic small tourist town, pretty harbour, lots of good food at various price levels, beaches, bars, etc and visitors from all over. Afaict, every apt has a nice deck to do with it. Very relaxing environment!

Nice residence ! Recommend to book view on the sea ! Easy to walk around (if you are willing to walk). Peter was lovely and gave us good advice ! Cleaning was ok but not perfect.

This property was breathtaking, the views were unbeatable and a walking distance to the beach. Will warn you that there is a hill and lots of steps to get to your residency. Peter was very helpful and kind.

We only stayed one night but had excellent help and information from Petar, the on-site manager. They let us use an outlet in the garage for charging our electric car and they were generally very friendly and helpful. Room was generally very clean but when the fan turned on in the bathroom it seemed to draw out a sewer-smell that was less than pleasant. Cozy little town with many options for eating/drinking a 15min walk from the property. One of the nicer stays on our rather lengthy trip, much thanks to Petar!

We loved the place. Was difficult to find as the alpha is up the hill and some stairs. Dont recommended if you're having mobility issues. The host lives on site available for check in he prefers a call ahead of arrival time. Building has pretty rooftop for hanging out and nice for sunset views. We were delayed one day and they were able to accommodate us another night and arranged airport shuttle for us. Recommend the windows to be kept shut as the mosquitoes will get in and ykeep you up all night. Stay here and water taxi/tour to Dubrovnik old town is a good option if your planning a trip.

Amazing sea view from the property and kids loved the quiet pool. Only 10 mins to airport. There is a steep walk from parking area and lots of steps to the room which we weren't expecting. Lovely 15min walk to restaurants in evening. Host was friendly and knowledgable. The property from a far and in pictures looks lovely. Closeup, water damage to the bedroom, ants in kitchen and bathroom, no supplies like basic tea, coffee and shower gel like any of the other apartments we stayed in. The room was a lot smaller than I expected.
