Very nice hotel with nice rooms. Very nice pool area and nice private beach 100 m from the hotel. Breakfast is a bit borring. The rooms are with AC included, free of charge. Hotel and surrounding areas very clean and well taken care of.

Wir waren im July 2021 mit 2 Kindern(13/14) 10 Tage ,zu einem sehr günstigem EXPEDIA-Preis mit HP ,dort. Das Personal sehr freundlich, Helles Zimmer mit gr.Balkon u. Blick aufs Meer,, Essen sehr gut,Lage in Strandnähe (100 m) mit Pool,Tennisplatz,großem Pool, und Gratis Parkplatz,etc., ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. R.Angrabeit&Familia (Vielreisende) PS: Cattolica,schöner Urlaubsort mit viel Abwechslung

Urlaub pur

Ein schöner Badeaufenthalt. das Personal war sehr bemüht trotz des Mehraufwandes durch Coronaauflagen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu zaubern. Danke an das Frühstücksteam und den Zimmerservice!! Der große klare saubere Pool ist einfach herrlich, da man sehr gut darin Schwimmen kann.

Not 4 stars and rude and disrespectful staff

No respect for privacy. Staff barges into rooms several times without knocking, disregarding the do not disturb sign. Extremely rude staff. I asked for two extra towels and they charged extra for them. Waiter spilled coffee on my clothes at breakfast. No apologies or compensation for anything they did. Do NOT recommend.

NO RESPECT FOR PRIVACY, staff barged in to our room not only once but three times without knocking or anything totally disregarded also our “do not disturb” light on. At breakfast, which was not good, a server pushed me and spilled coffee on my clothes. All I got was a “sorry”. I asked for two extra towels and they had the nerve to after all this charge me for the towels. All I got from the lady at the reception was “I regret, you are right”.

Les chambres auraient besoin d être modernisées et décorées avec de la couleur pour donner un peu de gaieté. Elles sont un peu vieillottes et mal insonorisees. Sinon le reste est impeccable. Personnel très accueillant et souriant.

Eigener Privatstrand verseucht - Keine Warnung

Umgebung: Das Meer war dreckig. Dazu kam noch, dass Wasser von der Kläranlage ins Meerwasser gelang. Scheinbar keine Seltenheit in diesem Gebiet. Wir mussten diese Tatsache (Badeverbot) von Freunden aus dem Ausland erfahren und waren negativ überrascht, dass das Hotel uns auf keinste Weise informiert hatte, vor allem, weil es im Internet werbetechnisch auf den eigenen Privatstrand hinweist. Folge der Colibakterien war bei uns Erbrechen und schlechte körperliche Verfassung. Dabei hätte das Hotel einen grossen Pool gehabt (im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung). Aufgrund der generellen Umweltverschmutzung in diesem Gebiet werden wir nicht mehr an die Adria in die Ferien gehen. Service: Man hat das Gefühl, dass manche Angestellte an der Rezeption ihren Job nicht mögen und froh sind, wenn sie möglichst nichts zu tun haben. Der Rest der Angestellten war freundlich.

Prima di soggiornare ci è stato chiesto il pagamento del conto! Mai visto in tutti i paesi visitati.. alla richiesta di indicazioni su orari bus ci è stato detto di non sapere niente, non di informarsi eventualmente... alla richiesta di poter fare la colazione, pagata in anticipo , 15 minuti prima , e si trattava delle 7.45, ci è stata negata la possibilità!! Mai visto neanche questo.. Letto scomodo e quattro stelle regalate.

Bella struttura turistica

Premetto che sono un direttore d'albergo. Hotel vicino al mare in zona tranquilla e strategicamente situato nelle strade per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Cattolica o per recarsi in località limitrofe. Aria condizionata ben regolabile (la notte non si gela ne si suda). Personale di ricevimento e portiere di notte sempre gentili e sorridenti. L'unica pecca a mio avviso era la piccola colazione che dato il volume di presenze giornaliere, avrebbe bisogno di una organizzazione migliore. Se le brioche si bruciano non puoi metterle sul buffet ugualmente (che figuraccia ci fa l'hotel). Sicuramente da parte del personale addetto alla piccola colazione qualche sorriso attenzione e buon giorno in più non guasterebbe, soprattutto ai clienti non abituèe che entrano in sala spaesati. L'hotel ha una zona relax con piscine molto pulite e personale attento e cordiale. Posso dire senz'altro che ho passato un bel soggiorno e ritornerei volentieri.

Personale distratto, impreparato e superficiale. Camere ampie, pulizia nella norma. Bella piscina anche se il bagnini chiede di non aprire gli ombrelloni per paura il vento li sposti e ormai il sole inizia ad essere molto caldo. Colazione a buffet con buona varietà di scelta
