"So glad to have found this gem of a hotel in Halifax. It's beautiful and well located in the city centre. The room was very large and spacious with comfy beds and an Nespresso machine, with coffee pods supplied. There are some things to gripe about though. We've realized that this is a very large hotel and seems to be a venue for weddings and special events. What we experienced as a result was a very long and painfully slow check-in, as well as some short-lived but loud and obnoxious behaviour...

"Loved the hotel and our king room (bed was very comfy!). There was lots of space, modern features, it was very clean and even had snacks/drinks to purchase in our room. Self check in was super easy and the staff respond quickly to messages. This area was great (less busy than downtown) and had tons of dining options (walkable too). The only downfall is that you can hear other guests in the building and the traffic/noise outside was also loud. It didn’t bother me too much so I would still...

"The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We stayed for 3 nights and hardly wanted to get out of bed each morning. The bed was made every day for us, stock replenished and towels changed. It was really one of the best hotel stays I've had! The pool was clean, the staff were so attentive and accommodating. The cannery food was great. No complaints from us! Would stay again, 100%"
