"Amazing location. Staff very helpful and lovely and place was clean. Need to sort out the water pressure as opening the taps more than a tiny bit meant having an impromptu shower. Stayed in studio where there was a random supply of kitchen bits and bobs but it was ok for one person. Place is very tired and worn. Booked a room with a balcony but it was more of a closed in porch. If you're looking for a clean place that you're not doing much but sleeping in and want to be in the heart of at kilda you've found it. "

"Fantastic location, staff are so kind, clean and comfortable, the 2 bedroom top floor apartment is one of the only ones in St Kilda with a balcony and privacy - view of the city in the distance. It is quiet, can't hear street noise or the trams. Close to everything. Just needed more glasses for 4 people in the room. "
