I stayed at Oaks St. Kilda but I would definitely come back for a leisure stay. The property is close to trams and very close to CBD. The staff werre very friendly and helpful. I wanted to especially thank Jude and Shamjja for their assistance and patience. Their professionalism was on point and they understood exactly what I needed to do when I stayed at property. Thank you both, its much appreciated. This property is well located and very convenient.

Room was very clean and quiet. I stayed in a Studio and it was roomy and well equiped kitchenette. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Car parking accessibility was easy at the rear of the complex. Excellent location with trams out the front door. Also reasonability priced restaurant and bar downstairs.

I loved my stay, staff were very helpful property and area round the hotel was well maintained. I didn't eat in or use the facilities as I was visiting places I'd been to before. The area was close to the city centre so easy to reach by tram just close to hotel.

This place is terrific for the kind of accommodation and traveler it is set up for and advertised to. I stayed 8 nights and it was always quiet, very clean and comfortable. All the fittings and furnishings are new, the kitchen is really good (there's a tap that dispenses sparkling water for goodness sake!!). It helps a lot to be aware of the way the local traffic is directed but once you've mastered that it's easy. Brilliantly located for what I wanted - can't recommend highly enough
