"I travel a lot and the Biu is an exceptional place to stay. The service is outstanding, rooms spacious, clean, and a lovely breakfast.
Castellammare di Stabia is a wonderful town perfectly placed between Pompeii and Sorrento. The restaurants are excellent and along the water.
With the Biu close to the train, shore and shops. If you get the opportunity to stay here take it!"

"Lovely property, room was delightful.
Beautiful terrace overlooking the bay.
The girls on reception were great, helpful, recommending restaurants etc and always smiley. Breakfast great too.
If only it was a little nearer the station, but no big deal, good for the step count!"

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Mario worked the front desk and he was warm and so welcoming. He was the perfect host while we stayed. The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I felt like I was at a friend’s house enjoying the morning. Anything that we needed, Mario was there to assist us. The only downside is that you are quite a ways away from the city center so there aren’t a ton of options for...

"We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."

"Had a wonderful stay at Villa Mary during our visit to Positano. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious and amenities were great. They also helped arranged our transportation for our last day which made everything simple and less stressful. Highly recommend for your next stay!"

"The hotel is beautiful. Not a lot of things to do nearby though so you have to take an Uber/taxi everywhere and it’s expensive. The front desk was great and our shuttle bus driver, Mauro, was very polite and friendly.
However, there were a few things that I didn’t like with it being a 4 star hotel:
I didn’t like that we asked for an iron and an hour later, never got it. Housekeeping also tried entering 3 times before check out and didn’t knock. Last, the rooftop is nice but only for the scenery. The entrees were terrible. My risotto was hard and the pasta was also hard to chew. The dessert made up for it and the staff was great but we paid too much for the food not to be good."
"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was very clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location close to the center of town but away from the busiest part, and no long uphill climb with luggage.
The housekeeping staff was amazing. I always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. Even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, they would kindly check with me when they saw me to ask if I needed fresh towels sent up.
The staff was genuinely warm and attentive they even remembered that my son had been traveling with me and noticed when he left for Spain. I would absolutely stay here again."
"Beautiful room but our air conditioning did not work. Told the front desk and they said someone would check it out. Never was. Very warm evenings in there"
"The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue."
"This property is gorgeous! The best stay we have had. Hands down the most dreamy , perfect accommodation. The staff are amazing, helpful, attentive and extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is luxurious and gorgeous. Every detail has been considered. It is worth every penny!"
"Breakfast. Same everyday
Concierge. Could have been far more helpful. Only quoted taxi options which are v expensive when could have told us about buses to nerano. Only quoted private boat tours to capris when could have told us about semi private.
Shuttle. Advertises shuttle to town and back but gets booked up super early. Put on more shuttles!
Hotel overall tho great and staff super friendly"
