Every staff member that I spoke to had fluent English, which was appreciated. I did not have a car myself but I could always see plenty of available spaces in the car park. "Great location next to the fortress, excellent friendly staff, nice sized comfortable room and bed. Only complaint is there was not even a drawer to unpack any of your luggage. We are literally living out of our suitcases as there was nowhere to put stuff. Other than that we still highly recommend. "
