"Absolute gem of a place for a great price. Barbara was so attentive, patient and helpful. Super convenient next to Centrale, but so quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable; it’ll be top of my list next time I’m in Naples. "I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). Lighting in the rooms was able to be cycled through normal and coloured ambient lighting which was nice and relaxing. Room was spacious and had a balcony, air con worked well. "Very convenient location to the train station, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We were able to get to all our destinations very easily (Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano). Our host Francesco was very helpful in answering all our questions. Town feels very safe. Building entrance is run down but the actual flat is quite nice. Only thing missing is an iron for clothes. Great stay! "
