My husband got sick & the hotel staff were very helpful. We really appreciated it. The room was nice & bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super small European size. The room we stayed in was in the backside of the main road, so it was relatively quiet. The hotel was walking distance from Pompei station as well as the ruins. Very convenient! Just make sure you have plenty of time to walk around the ruins. It’s huge & expanding!!

Such a lovely room in the middle of Pompeii. The ruins were a 5 minute walk and the bars on the street lovely. Staff friendly and attentive and walked us to the rooms.

Good location however was difficult to find as is behind shops off of the main road. Also didn’t realise we needed to go to the main hotel to check in, luckily a lovely member of staff came over to us instead. The room was fairly basic. Beds were comfy enough. Lack of plug sockets particularly by the bed. The shower was very small. Kitchenette with various items however no cutlery. Breakfast & bag storage is also over at the main hotel

Diana Great Place

My family and I spend several days in Pompeii. Hotel Diana’s accommodations were lovely. The location was ideal for shopping and plenty of restaurants. Awesome service and location. Very clean. Very attentive staff.

This hotel was okay, I guess. We arrived and immediately they had us walk two blocks to an “Annex” building. We didn’t stay in the actual hotel, which was incredibly disappointing, as nowhere was that mentioned when I booked the hotel. The annex was loud, hot, and had none of the amenities. Breakfast was pricey and honestly not very good. Our shower leaked badly and the air barely worked- even after the staff “fixed” it. The room next to ours was consistently at least ten degrees cooler. We would not stay here again, I’d look at any of the other many hotels close by!!

Muy bien cuidados

Una estancia muy tranquila agredable, con un trato familiar y muy atento. Solo tenemos buenas palabras para las gestoras del hotel que en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Cercano a la playa (10 min) y con una acceso directo y rápido a la ciudad de Roma.

Freundlichste Mitarbeiter und toller Garten

Hotel ca 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof, 3 Minuten zum Zentrum und 10 Minuten zum historischen Pompei. Bars und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Freundlichstes Personal während unserer gesamten Reise. Vorallem die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption geben einem jederzeit das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Herrlicher Garten mit Zitronen und Orangen, die man sogar pflücken darf. Wir waren in der Dependance. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Achtung: NICHT auf die OFFICIAL TOURIST OFFICE reinfallen. Nur Verkauf statt echt Infos ! Die Ruinen möglichst wochentags besuchen

It was a little difficult to find and had to park at the main hotel which was secure. Our room down the road from hotel was small but very comfortable w a kitchenette. The only complaint the shower is very small and the opening to step inside is 13/14 inches so can only enter w a sideways squeeze. Other than that it was a pleasent stay with super friendly staff.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Orange/Lemon grove to sit under at the rear of the main property. We stayed in the separate accommodation, which is about 100yds up the road from the main building, which was very clean, with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony, which you can sit outside. The area has plenty of coffee shops etc and is a 10 minute walk from the Roman Pompeii site. We would have liked Tea/Coffee facilities in the room, but that is our only gripe. If you want a somewhere to stay to visit the Pompeii ruins, this is the place to be. The area has plenty of places that say 'Official Tourist Office', who would love to sell you tickets for the ruins; these are not official and will charge you more than the actual site, so be warned!

Personale giovane e veramente accogliente. La camera era un pochino piccola e datata ma molto pulita e funzionale, molto apprezzati in bagno i campioncini shampoo e sapone. La colazione abbondante e di qualità. Parcheggio gratuito a un passo dalla via principale in cui sono per lo più strisce blu.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in finding out things for us to do during our stay. We were in their extension, i.e. couple of apartments in a separate block about 50m from the main hotel. Means no access WiFi and had to walk to the main hotel for breakfast.
