"Beautiful and comfortable home. The listing was a little incomplete so it was unclear exactly what we were getting but pleasantly surprised. One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Upon Vila. The check-in and checkout processes are easy and convenient. Our room was clean and spacious for all three of us and had an excellent view of the Tagus and the Lisbon coast. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and assisting us with our needs throughout the stay. If you are looking for a beautiful and calm area to stay in that feels more local and less touristy, then Upon Vila in Alcochete is the place to stay. It is a little ways from Lisbon, but the public transportation is robust and easy to navigate to the city. We would definitely recommend it and return in the future!"

"Very comfortable, newly renovated boutique hotel and extremely well located, close to buses and 2 blocks from metro station and ferry. Caring staff, always willing to help and very thoughtful. We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday and they left us delightful chocolate desert in the room for the occasion. Thank you so much for such a nice stay. "

O atendimento na recepção foi perfeito, tem vaga de estacionamento no próprio hotel, a localização é um pouco distante do centro mas estávamos de carro e isso não foi um problema, tem mercado próximo, contratei o café da manhã e achei modesto para o valor, com toda certeza indicaria e voltaria!! "location super relaxing, specially first thing in the morning waking up with birds singing-priceless!! Very comfortable bed and also pillows. Supplied bathrobes but had to ask for slippers. Breakfast was ok, not a massive variety but was enough, a couple of times the eggs looked like was sitting there for long time, but i asked for a fresh ones and that was provided. Staff was somehow ok, not the most polite and informative i have come across, but if you ask a question they will answer you. Room/apartment was spacious but bathroom was small. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor a couple of times i had to clean it myself, one time i left a dirty kitchen cloth on the bathroom floor with dirty bath towels for this to be changed and that was picked up for the floor and put back again in the kitchen, that's was extremely bad of the cleaners doing that! I had to go to reception to complain and they sent a clean one. "
