This place was packed when we arrived and had amazing reviews so it seemed promising. I’m sad to say the coffee was bad, which they were nice enough to take off the bill. The hollandaise sauce was tasteless and apparently not even made fresh which we found out about after the fact. The kids did enjoy their pancakes!

"i am so mad at the staff i asked for wake up call i missed my flight because it cost my family members had help me with hotel i got told on Sunday Saturday morning 806 she promised me i get up this about 10am i now i had stay extra night THIS WHY I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN coustmers always come first the lady at 330am scream and yelled at me It not my responsibility or my problem thats how fast coustmers dont want come back this so disorganized my flight was 530am i am sorry there no second chance on this Please STAY AWAY FROM HERE "

"Room has hair in the bathroom everywhere upon check in. The phone in the room didn’t work and the front desk didn’t have anymore towels. Unacceptable. Parking was horrible it’s way in the back as we had bags and we had to park in the back and walk to the front when there was a door we tried to use our key card on and it didn’t work. Front desk stated we can go out the door but not come in. I had 3 kids under 13 with me and I was so upset. I stayed at another Embassy in Dallas and I will go to that one each time I go there. "

"There’s no direct call to the lobby to reach a hotel clerk. I had to call the hotel off of my cell phone. The people next to me had a little kids up after 12:30 AM screaming and jumping as if it were 2:00 pm and dog was barking. Security did come up. I scanned the QR code on the TV to get the menu. A children’s menu came up and when me and my grandkids went downstairs to order they said that menu didn’t exist anymore and he handed me a menu that didn’t have options for kids. The hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. "

"The hotel is located in a perfect part of downtown Dallas. There are several restaurants, nightlife, green areas to spend time at. The city views were spectacular, the only negative was the bathroom and the room was too dark and dim, we kept the shades open to let the light in. Excellent stay and I love how the hotel provides a list of nearby restaurants and the walking distance. "
