"Great cooperation especially I asked for pure vegetarian food for 10 days. Food were being delivered to my room. Extra mattress was given and placed on the floor upon my request. "

"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts...

Le personnel est très attentionné jusqu’aux moindres petits détails,chambres ainsi qu’hôtel très propre nettoyés régulièrement, petit déjeuner et dîner copieux plusieurs restaurants sur place aire de jeux pour les enfants bref le paradis sur terre! "From start to finish our experience was perfect. The resort is has an air of island chic and decadent luxury. From the room, to the resort grounds, all of the facilities are pristine. The real stars however are the staff, in every case made us feel welcomed and valued but also with a friendly energy and with with touches of humor where appropriate. We will return soon."

Le petit déjeuner est a l'image de la résidence simple et efficace : pain, beurre, confiture, une part de gateau artisanal, une crepe fraiche et un oeuf frit a la minute tous les matins et aussi un fruit. Nous avons séjourner une semaine dans cette résidence et nous avons vraiment apprécié.
