This is not a hotel. It is a guesthouse and such should be marketed as one. We were charged $100 by Expedia and told by the owner that the rate was $50?

Keep away from here - picture wrong

Die im Internet abgebildeten Bilder stehen im krassen Gegensatz zu effektiven Angebot, die Rezeption ist meistens unbesetzt und gänzlich ohne Licht man muss anrufen und der Rezeptionistin ist ziemlich unfreundlich und als erstes sagt er dass die Bilder nicht übereinstimmen im Internet wenn man reklamiert bei Hotels kommt streitet er das ab

Quand on est arrivé la chambre était sale, les draps étaient sales et tachés, la clim ne fonctionne pas, il n’y avait pas de gaz donc il n’y avait pas d’air frais qui sortais. On était obligé de demander un ventilateur, un tapis pour la salle de bain, la télécommande de la clim et un gel douche (on a eu des galets de savon). La salle de bain était bouchée, donc la douche faisait piscine. Des cafards dans la chambre, 1 dans la salle de bain et 1 sur le lit. Les draps était pas propre, ils étaient tachés. Pour le petit déjeuner, dans le lait il y avait des insectes. On est pas resté dormir pour la 2eme nuit. On est parti dans un autre hôtel et on a rendu les clés avant la date prévu. On a des photos à l’appui pour se plaindre par la suite.

Dieses was auch immer hat keine Sterne verdient nonse Eine Ruine nichts und sie versuchen das zu verstecken. Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt schmutzig. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht wie in einem Gefängnis.

Vergogna! Tugurio inaccettabile.

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato la camera con cartacce in terra, polvere dappertutto, water pisciato, lenzuola macchiate di sangue e con peli umani. Sembrava una candid camera o un film dell'orrore! Alle nostre lamentele hanno provveduto a cambiarci le lenzuola. Abbiamo fatto presente che c'era una lucertola in stanza e ci hanno suggerito di dormire con la porta aperta per farla uscire. Due soli asciugamani grandi ed uno per il viso per quattro persone. Gli altri erano ancora stesi poichè bagnati (li lavano a mano!). I letti cigolavano ad ogni movimento. Al mattino alle 5.00 c'è la sveglia data da in cane che abbaia ai passanti. Nella hall non c'è mai nessuno e se ti serve qualcosa ti arrangi. Una scala interna che porta in un ristorante è frequentata da persone estranee alla struttura, tanto che avevamo paura ad uscire sul corridoio. La colazione è misera (caffè, latte, pane burro e marmellata) e servita su tavoli sporchi e appiccicosi del giorno prima. Il secondo giorno non ci è stata rifatta la camera. Sporca era e sporca è rimasta; neanche i letti. Inoltre senza un avviso non ci è stata servita la colazione benchè già pagata. Hall deserta fino all'arrivo di un pseudo taxista dipendente dell'albergo che ci ha accompagnato all'aeroporto al costo di 20 euro. Statevene alla larga!

One of the worst hotels to stay

1) The booking included FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER, but after booking on calling property was told FREE only for ore than 2 nights stay so need to pay EUR 35 for airport Transfer. 2) The booking included FREE WIFI INTERNET, but after check in on asking for WIFI password was told dont have Internet access due to technical issue, 3) The only Resort about this property is in the Name its no resort whatsoever, in a run down area far from the sea with no facilities whatsoever, GYM is one treadmill in the Reception. 4) And offcourse the room came with FREE BREAKFAST COOKED TO ORDER, but the was no cooked to order and Just a dry toast/rusk with Butter and Jam and tea. Reception was completely unmanned throughout stay and even check out had to hand room keys to security guard as there was no one in sight.

Hotel en renovation, acces par le sous sol glauque, Hall plongé dans le noir a notre arrivée (18h) personne pour nous acceuillir, propreté limite, douche cassée, bruyant +++ alors que vide (porte en fer qui claque, chiens...), couette sans house, serviettes sales (traces marrons). Essayent de faire du pseudo luxe mais totalement raté. Personnel sympatique au demeurant
