"It was a little mix up on some paperwork that was lost but overall the staff really turned it around made me feel comfortable and overall win the best services I've ever had in a motel stay with recommend staying here to anyone and real safe with police presents patrolling for families or and it was kids or loved ones a bit by far I would give them a six star rating out of a 1 to 5 enjoy my stay here and we do it over and over again if I needed to thanks to the great stuff and it is also...

"I made the reservation on Friday night as I was in my way into Charlotte. Got a call at 7 which I missed because I was in the mountains to tell me that the front desk is not open after 7. Got to the property at 11 to find them closed. I can't get a refund because Expedia can't reach anyone in the office. This is ridiculous. I need my money back. "

"Excellent stay. Arrived past midnight and receptionist was super helpful, efficient, and friendly. I hate showing up at hotels in the middle of the night to rude clerks, so this was awesome! In the room within 3 minutes. Room was spotless, big, and comfortable. Breakfast was organized and plentiful. Blessings written on the bananas. Really appreciate the workers at this Hampton Inn!"
