"Our bed was beside a wall of the elevator.. kept us awake all week long! Not good. Sliding doors in room were very hard to open. Outlet in bathroom kept breaking.. a 12 oz drink was $14+ breakfast was $22+ just eggs and HF .. pretty expensive"

"We stayed 3nights and not even once did anyone came and asked if we needed water , beside the 2 (6ounce) bottle water we found in the room when we first arrived. Mind you it’s was me my husband and 3 kids. Also not even once did staff asked us if guidance from anything, like unless you go to them none of them will approach you. The front desk lady ( the one with the curly hair) she will not even look at you when talking to you. The bathroom was in bad condition like the old wall that need...

"I loved the pool!"

"From the moment I walked in, I felt the place was upscale and clean. My room was perfect for me. I traveled with friends, and we really enjoyed the pool bar. The staff there were quick with a drink, and the food at the pool was surprisingly excellent. I tried several of the appetizers and even had the burger twice because it was that good. We ate breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the pool, and it was great. The steakhouse was also 5 stars. Excellent meals. Not places to eat if you are in...

"Writing Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We loved the convenient location, very close to the airport, beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The entire staff was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with all our needs. A special thank you to Isael who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of by assisting us in Spanish. We truly had a fantastic experience...

"Not the Best place to go with kids."

"Room was clean, very close to the airport."

"Staff was great but this place has very little to offer in amenities. They wifi is not great but who come to a sea side hotel for wifi. This place is not for me but could be ok for others"

"room was NOT as advertised, it was dirty, smelled musty, stains on sheets, was getting bug bites all over, stains on sheets and bed frame, the door outside is so loud it constantly wakes you up all hours of the night, staff is nowhere to be found and takes forever to respond, it’s also on a bad street where cops are constantly there getting someone for drugs. i will never in my life stay here. i contacted the property multiple times and they won’t respond"
