"DO NOT BOOK!! SCAMMERS!! We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We were only able to stay first night. Rooms are super small, no windows. Feels like a jail cell. There is no even closet in the room or a space to put your suitcase. The room was one pf the queen bad rooms. AC was bot working properly, super loud and super low air quality. The water in the shower was not getting warmer. In the morning, they started to work a generator machine and it was like something in room was running. Super loud. When we asked to change room they said only we can upgrade for additional cost. Like all the things not working in our room was our fault? When wanted to leave the hotel they didn’t give us refund for the rest of the nights. This place is a huge SCAM. Zero empathy for people and very poor service of everything. "

"The two hot tubs were dirty and not working. Was looking forward to getting in one after a long trip. Location cannot be beat. Walk right to the terminal "

"Booked the one night through a 3rd Party site, and on my charges was a cleaning fee. Then a few days after I was asked to give another email address for an invoice to provide another credit card. Figured this was just for the incidental hold like most hotels, I was filling it out and saw another $85 charge for a cleaning fee. I thought fine, I don’t have time to book another hotel. After checking out, I couldn’t get a finalized receipt because there is no reception. So I tried to email and text the company, no one could provide a receipt. A few days later I get an additional charge for $15 because I used the towels. Worst part of the whole stay was there was mold on the ceiling above the shower. I would recommend that everyone avoid this terrible property because it’s clear they overcharge for nonsense and don’t maintain the rooms at all. "
