"Lovely big clean family room. Shower pressure could be much better - very weak and luke warm. But all super clean and good location. Parking on site was good."

"Excellent stay at the White Hart Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional with lots of choice for breakfast. The dining menu in Antlers restaurant was also extensive and quality of food five star. Staff also very friendly with no stuffiness. We stayed in a deluxe room which was clean, spacious and well equipped with luxury Elemis toiletries. Decent shower and bath with space for toiletry bags as well. Comfy bed and good storage for clothes in room. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."

"You can park outside the hotel theres about 6/7 spaces but u have to pay £10 a night and they dont say it till uve actually booked but i wouldnt bother unless u r a Druggie or Alki or a chavi loudmouth with no respect for others. The photos on your website are obviously from many many years ago because it is now an absolute filthy mess. Threadbare dirty carpets, pkaster and paint coming off all the walls, damp patches everywhere, tiny rooms and some with no windows. Says a tv in the rooms , but they dont work in some. The staff lie to you and fob u off. I have taken lots of photos to prove this , both customers and staff were smoking Wacky Backy etc cos it stunk all the time and there was lots of shouting screaming and talking till all hours so if u need any sleep you wont get any. I did complain on the first day and they did change our room which was a bit btr butthe telly was broke and no window except in the bathroom with all the broken tiles. The wifi also didnt work even tho it was advertised as free and available. I askedv3 different staffembers to sort things out but nothing as been done and no phone calls from the management. Im very suprised u have anything to do with this hotel because it is a bad advert for your company. "

"I booked the hotel on a Monday for a one night Tuesday night stay with work. I was messaged at 15.30 on the Tuesday to be told my reservation had been cancelled. They whatsapp me to say that my next stay would include free dinner and drinks. The message was then deleted by them and after a phone call to them everything has gone quiet. WOULD NOT USE , AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Hotel is old and tired, staff are ok but obviously couldn't really care. Restaurant offers food at greatly reduced prices but this is obviously because you would only use it once. Food is pre-prepared and just reheated, Breakfast is terrible - usual pre cooked vaguely warm rubbish. Find somewhere else to stay"
