"Hotel was great, the 2nd pool and jacuzzi were bit dirty disappointment there - the room was great - the balcony couldn’t enjoy due to mosquitos - this is due to the lake - there a lot stuff to do on this resort- I was ok with this resort"

"Family/kid friendly resort! The staff were all friendly. The only issue we encountered was the texting system for room service was quite slow. It also took about 45 min for someone to come help with our bags when we checked out."

"Room was not how it was pictured. Shower and bed were not cleaned and brought it to the front desk and didn’t care to help, was informed that there was no pillows and sheets to replace. Also there were people outside smoking and looking at us and cars coming in and out. Will not be staying here ..."
