The walls are peeling and you can see lots of damp. There were 2 holes in the bath so couldn’t have a bath, the shower was broken, they rung the room at 10.10pm to ask if they could come and have a look at the shower, we were in bed after a long day so we said no it is late. Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff
The staff are lovely and welcoming! The hotel is convenient as its location is perfect, a short walk to the centre but also a short walk to the train station. Room is very small so would only stay a short period of time.

I didn’t get her name but the receptionist wait tattoos and dark hair was so helpful friendly and welcoming, I would stay here again just from that welcome!

The room was clean but small the bath was small the shower was the kind that is from above only no extendable movable option and the water did not heat up that good
