To start with, the staff were absolutely lovely. In particular the receptionist (I think her name was Ellie) was so so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean, facilities were great. The Angel Hotel
The walls are peeling and you can see lots of damp. There were 2 holes in the bath so couldn’t have a bath, the shower was broken, they rung the room at 10.10pm to ask if they could come and have a look at the shower, we were in bed after a long day so we said no it is late.
