"Lovely hotel. Wonderful shower. Everything you needed in the room. The only thing I have to say is the lighting was dark."

"Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!"

"Excellent hotel with professional staff. Clean, spacious and well designed. Breakfast waiters are hard working and friendly. However the breakfast buffet is not up to standard. No decent bread after 8:45am, hot buffet dry and crisp. Not good. Still my favourite Cardiff hotel."

"Used for sleeping only. Love free car park. Electric car chargers not working."

"cool"

"Hotel located in a very convenient location for shops restaurants and bars staff very helpful room was great Browns restaurant and bar also very convenient"

"Good location "

"Walking distance to the bay and town was really good, 10-15 minute flat walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking on site was a great help. Rooms were a good size, clean and nicely maintained. The toilet was very low! The lift was a problem as it would not go down to ground floor unless someone was on the ground floor wanting to go up."

"The hotel was very clean and our room was very quiet. The staff, as usual, were all very pleasant and helpful. We stay here every time we come to Cardiff and always enjoy our visit."

"Poor WiFi. Poor provided refreshments. Very overpriced"

"Good breakfast and helpful staff"

"Check in was very frustrating, Rooms were not ready on time, and many customers were very disappointed with the service, we were at the hotel for a charity function, and the organisers were very disappointed with with the organisation of the staff, there was clearly not enough staff on duty that weekend to accommodate both guests and function organisers."
