We had a minor problem with the hot water and we were immediately changed to another beautiful room. "Sorrento Dream Villa is a wonderful boutique hotel, where you feel like you're in your own vacation home! The staff made us feel like family, especially the manager, Antonio. The views of the Bay of Naples was absolutely incredible with a direct view of Mount Vesuvius. Our suite was extremely spacious, with a separate living area and a large private terrace where we had delicious cappucinos served to us every morning. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! We can't wait to go back!"

"Liana with her husband and staff do a great job looking after their guests. We spent a week with them in early April and had a very enjoyable visit. They organized our Naples airport pickup, served us breakfast daily from a preselected menu of fresh items and provided assistance and advice on our choice and transportation to a dinner venue. The property is located within easy walking to the downtown Sorrento city centre and shopping district and also the port."

Standard of cleanliness in bathroom could be improved. Quality of food at breakfast could be improved. Balcony in junior suite was extremely tiny and overlooked main road. Hotel is on same site as DA rooms. "

"I have been there late August, beginning of September. The superior bungalow (Ciliegio) was nice and clean but the 3 of us founded very small. Great for a couple. Bathroom OK, spacious, powerful shower. It would have been helpful having a shelf on the sink. The door lock wasn't working. The pool was nice, remember you'll need a swimming cup for the pool. The loungers on the beach are not included and it will cost you 30 Euro which we didn't want to spend. A long way down also (300 step). The...
