"Virtually flawless stay at this property. Rented a 1 bedroom with a terrace for the purposes of decompressing while exploring the city. The staff was readily available and then some without being pushy. Made an online comment in a survey regarding a minor wireless access issue without expecting it to be read much less acted upon. Within hours the staff contacted me with a great solution indicating they not only read surveys they react quickly to resolve them. Accommodations were perfect....
"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Toulouse. Large rooms and good breakfast. Le Bouillon Capitol restaurant at the entrance to the hotel is amazing and very cheap with long queues so get there early. Train station is 15 minutes walk and the train to Carcassonne leaves every 30 minutes and takes 45 minutes. The Space museum is 45 minutes on the L8 bus which is 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The Airoscopia Airbus museum is 1 hour on the tram which is a 20 minute walk. Then gardens are worth...

L’hôtel est super : propre, personnel accueillant, belle deco et à 5mn à pied du zénith. Quartier vivant car juste à coté nous avons pu profiter des halles magnifiques ! Je recommande vivement "
"Super nice staff and very clean facilities - area around was also close to the heart of the city. Parking was a bit expensive at 22.5 euros per night but to be expected given the proximity to the centre-ville. Overall a great stay!"

"Amazing air conditioning which was much needed given the heatwave. Just a one night stop ahead of a morning flight but room was quiet, rooftop bar was a nice place for an evening drink. Kids loved the table tennis. "
