"Front desk staff was incredibly helpful, from offering suggestions for lunch when we checked in to keeping our luggage with them while we explored DC after checkout but before we headed to the airport. Perfect location for us too - we like hiking/walking so it was a decent walk to get to some of the further monuments. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Rideshare from this location was easy. Room was clean. The Dish Network on our tv didn't have great reception but that wasn't a deal-breaker and nothing we felt was important enough to bring up. Breakfast is the usual continental breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"It was bad. The view was nice. There's no free wifi. There's free wifi at McDonald's. This is a couple hundred a night minimum place. Call front desk and no one will answer. No room service. No pool. Restaurant doesnt serve lunch. Breakfast is something ridiculous $$. We had to be moved, bc of a huge leak coming out of an electrical socket over the bathtub, middle of night. They moved us in the AM and we had to repack and transfer everything (cribs etc). Asked for a refund for at least that one night. Each person i spoke to said yea yea sure i got you and would never call back. They just say oh what can we do we got you its Expedia you booked on oh so we can't refund but we'll see how we can do this....silence. dont book 3rd party. Dont book sheraton pentagon city, except for a view. Very weird hotel. Front desk was also rude to my fiance. Sheree was very kind and Asya (sp) was very helpful on check in. "

"I had an amazing day. The hotel is actually very gorgeous. The lobby is wonderful, there’s a Starbucks right in the lobby in the staff is top-tier. I love my room. I was upgraded in. This location is wonderful. I absolutely look forward to coming back and staying longer."

"This is a ‘no frills’ option; but if you are sightseeing like we were the bedrooms had everything you needed. Bring earplugs as you are on a busy corner. But you are SO well situated to walk to all the sights and get the metro to/from Dulles and bus to Georgetown. Would happily stay here again. The staff were all extremely helpful "
