Avoid staying at this property - they have a tiny note in their terms that they don’t accept children, and then refused to get in touch afterwards to provide a settlement - we lost our entire booking fee. We noted the room was resold so essentially they’ve taken 2 fees from our misfortune. Found them to be totally unhelpful and rude, just find somewhere else better to stay in Seapoint!!

Villa Costa rose est trés bien située prés du front de mer. Calme, sure. Niels est un hôte très organisé qui ns a donné les bonnes informations pour se deplacer dans le centre , explorer les alentours de la ville et de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Les petits déjeuners pris dans le beau jardin étaient bons et copieux. Ns le recommanderons à nos amis

I did not use the room no get my money back for that matter.the guest house did not accomodate kids, I was travelling with my daughter.and I lost the whole amount of about R1,392.00

The private balcony room was great for a coffee or wine in the afternoon sun but was directly off the breakfast room, so you may be awoken by people. The owners gave incredible tips for the area that we kept using even after we finished our stay. The local area is great and never felt unsafe

Rent, mysigt och bra service på detta hotell! Det enda som kanske var lite negativt var att dem på frukosten inte frågade om man ville ha något av den beställbara frukosten (som ägg och pannkakor) utan att man fick leta upp dem och fråga efter det själv i sånt fall.

Wee gem in Sea Point

We loved our stay at Villa Costa Rose. The staff are incredibly helpful. The garden/pool is a tranquil haven. Our room was really comfortable and we were upgraded to a room with balcony which was a surprise. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lovely Guest House

I recently stayed at Villa Costa Rose for one night with my partner. Neil was warm and welcoming when we arrived and kindly offered us a room upgrade which was appreciated after our long flight. Room was very comfortable and clean, with a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was delicious. The outdoor and pool area was a very relaxing place to enjoy our coffee. The staff had excellent knowledge of the area & were very helpful answering all our questions. You would not be disappointed staying here and I would love to stay again one day.

Perfect location, lovely B&B

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Costa Rose very much. The location was perfect: close to the water and we took lots of walks along the waterfront. There were some of the best restaurants in Cape Town within walking distance, perfect for the foodies that we are. Breakfast here was very satisfying with a selection of cheese, cured meats, fresh fruit, (loved the huge strawberries,) cereals, yogurt, bacon & sausage and pancakes/eggs made to order. The room was lovely and very clean. We slept really well in the cozy bed. The free wifi was fast. Out back there was a pool, shaded lounging area and a few tables and chairs. It was wonderful to be able to eat our breakfast outdoors in the fresh air and morning sunshine. There was also plenty of seating inside. Our hosts were enthusiastic and helpful. Upon arrival we were given a map and lots of information on the neighborhood. They were available to help us with our questions. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Aconchegaste, mas com pequenas ressalvas

O hotel tem ótimo custo beneficio, bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom. Mas tivemos um pequeno problema porque chegamos às 17:30 devido ao trânsito e tivemos dificuldade para que alguém atendesse à porta. O motorista do transfer que nos levou precisou ligar para o hotel. E na saída pedimos um táxi e eles chamaram um táxi especial que custou o dobro do preço normal

Fabulous place - loved it!!

We spent the first 5 nights of our honeymoon at Villa Costa Rose and it was an amazing start to our trip. Neil and Robb are great hosts, very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic - home made breads, veraity of fresh fruits and cheese, panckakes and more. The room is large and comfortable, housekeeping is perfect. Everything is just in the right place. We strongly reccomand Villa Costa Rose for couples that look for a fine, private, clean and warm place to stay in Cape Town.

Good choice!

Stayed 4 nights (27th to 30th December) B&B well located (in quiet one-way street) for V&A centre, easy reach of CT centre and within walking distance of several eateries. Clean, tidy, air-conditioned room with fridge, TV (but with limited channels) and own small balcony. Good choice of breakfast which can be served inside or on the patio. free Wi-Fi. Helpful owners, Rob and Neil, who will assist with restaurant recommendations and for those unfamiliar with CT, places to visit. Excellent value. Only downside was an occasional 'yappy dog' next door.

Nice stay

Nice place, friendly and very accommodating staff. Bed was very comfortable and the courtyard was cute. Bathroom could be a bit bigger, but was clean and sufficient. Loved the hotel and room decorations including genuine, modern artwork. Walking distance to some restaurants/bars and the boardwalk. Good location via cab to beaches and waterfront.

A superb quality B & B Excellent rooms. Comfortable bed, quality linen, spotlessly clean. Brilliant hosts, Rob and Neil accommodated our needs very sympathetically. Liebevoll geführtes Guest House

Wir haben uns in diesem Guest House sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer sind zwar relativ klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend. Da es im Bad keinen Duschvorhang gibt (weil die Besitzer Duschvorhänge nicht mögen), ist das Bad nach dem Duschen leider immer komplett nass, was wir nicht so gerne mochten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und kann innen oder außen genossen werden. Leider gibt es draußen nur drei 2-er Tische. Die Besitzer Neil und Rob sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Sea Point Promenade, auf der man in Richtung Süden bis Bantry Bay und Richtung Norden bis zur Waterfront, ungestört von Autos, gehen kann.An der nahen Main Road liegen diverse Restaurants und Bars - je nach Geschmack. Wir können dieses Guest House weiterempfehlen.
