Bra vänlig service. Fint hotel. Svårt med parkerin

Bra och vänlig service. Bra beligghet. Svårt att hitta med GPS och få parkeringsmöjligheter. Det var mycket svårt att backa in även med en medium storlek bil.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, service was great. My only negative was the size of our room (we had room 9) which was quite small. I’ve since realised the hotel does have larger rooms so if you’re looking for a bit more space make sure you pick one of the other rooms.

This small (10 rm) boutique-like hotel was a neighborhood gem! Close to everything in Green Point. Wonderful staff; best breakfast I’ve ever had traveling. (included). Would return in a minute. Our room had sea view of Robben Island.

The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing.

SPECTACULAR

This hotel truly surprised me! I stayed there twice, and on both occasions, I was very well taken care of by the entire staff. Everyone is very helpful and polite, and I want to give a special thanks to all of them! They made my stay very enjoyable. The first room (with a bathtub) was spectacular and huge, with a balcony next to it. High-quality bathroom products. Really spacious and beautifully decorated. The second room, a few days later, was a bit smaller but just as high in quality. When you arrive at the hotel, you might be surprised because the front looks like an ordinary house, with no big signs. But inside, it's impeccable and has two swimming pools. There are parking spaces available, and they’ll help you park if needed. It’s about 1.5 to 2 km from the Waterfront and just a few steps from a main street with a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

If you’re not expecting dinner, this is an excellent hotel for breakfast! We were a bit confused at first as we drove through the narrower streets, but overall it was a really, really lovely stay. The room was excellent and, above all, the staff were brilliant! Helpful, friendly and unique – thank you to everyone! If we come back, we’ll definitely be staying with you again! CU soon 👍

I am a remote worker and detrimentally rely on availability of Wifi. During entire stay, Wifi never worked in room. Unlike most “boutique” properties in Cape Town, This property DOES NOT have a generator. This means, when load shedding (power outage) occurs twice daily, you will have no AC in your room without ability to safely move around or sleep in room. If you’re unlucky enough to get Room 5, please know that a random key is floating around according to Fred, a representative of property. Someone left the property without key and no one at property thought it was a safety risk to have a key floating around. Instead, management decided not to change the locks and give me the spare key. This leads to the next issue—(lack of) housekeeping. Management thought it was smart to have only one spare key for Room 5, which I had since the previous guest did not return key and they couldn’t bother changing the locks. Management didn’t tell me until the very last day of my stay after multiple requests were made to clean my room. On the last night before I left, management told me the the reason housekeeping didn’t clean was because they didn’t have a key. This property is a joke. If you are considering this property, I would suggest looking elsewhere at a property that is committed to safely, cleanliness, and customer experience. This property is not.

Perfect boutique hotel!

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood near the waterfront and city center. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. I miss seeing Shelly's smile every morning!! She was so kind! Communication with the staff prior to our visit was fantastic. They organized airport transportation and a Langa Township tour with an excellent tour company.

Best small hotel and stay EVER and anywhere!

This was, for us, one of the nicest places we have stayed anywhere in the world. Certainly, in this specific instance and for us, the location, the personal interest and overall "vibe" was incredibly nice. Our contact with all staff and management was low-key but welcoming from my first booking efforts to the very end and beyond -- based on my booking a final day excursion through the Dysart's recs and assistance and letting that service deliver us to the airport promptly and with very modest concern. Did we love the Dysart? YES. Yeah, the breakfast food was amazing also!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Dysart is an intimate boutique hotel. Our stay was wonderful , management go the extra mile to accommodate you and make it feel like a home away from home. Shelly was amazing, she really makes the hotel five star. Hotel has stunning pool areas, and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely go back.

Heerlijk kleinschalig guesthouse, moderne uitstraling en uitstekende ligging in de stad. (Veilige buurt). Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en klantgericht. Als je er bent voel je als je onderdeel van de familie bent. Service uitstekend, denken mee met excursies etc. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Kaapstad zal dit guesthouse zeker weer bezoeken.

Highs and Lows, Has potential to be great.

Dysart has potential to be great. The location is excellent and the building is quite nice. Unfortunately we had a really strange check in experience and received some awkward pressure from the owners upon providing feedback that our room smelled of chlorine. Overall we may have just had an unlucky day and have to stress that the rest of the staff, for the most part, was really great.

Superbe petit hôtel

A recommander pour tout séjour à Cape Town; accueil chaleureux et convivial où l'on se sent comme dans un petit cocon. Chambre spacieuse, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Parties communes impeccables. Petit déjeuner copieux,bon et varié. Staff au petit soin! Un grand merci à Denis pour tous ses précieux conseils

Zeer goede ontvangst en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Bekijken met jou wat je kan doen, waar te eten, etc. Ook goede uitstap met gids via hotel.

Amazing hotel!

We loved our stay at Dysart. As it's a boutique hotel we really felt at home, enjoyed our chats with all the lovely staff and had a great and comfortable time

Insbesondere die Außenanlagen sind phantastisch und laden zum Verweilen am Pool ein. Das Personal ist super-freundlich und hilfsbereit.
