"Love the location and manager cute boutique hotel nice rooms great breakfast offerings. Very, very small lift, you’re in Europe. Close to Viking River Cruise and of coarse the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to take the hop on hop off tour boat. It is quite a long walk. Don’t believe the staff saying it is just a ‘little’ walk."

"Very nice hotel. The room was clean, staff super nice, wifi worked well enough. We purchased the breakfast included option which made our trip very convenient. Hotel was also in a GREAT location. Easy enough to take the metro to the main tourist attractions, while also within walking distance (1-2 mins) of a little town. Would 100% recommend "

"The biggest complaint we had was ice. The room was provided with an ice bucket but there is nowhere in the building to get ice. They want you to call room service for ice and then pay the fee for room service staff to deliver the ice. When you have to request ice multiple times it get very inconvenient and expensive. Our room phone had to be replaced which took two days to do because it was not operational and we had to walk to the lobby every time we needed something. The thermostat was inoperable which made conditions in the room uncomfortable at night when you want the room cooler. There was no soap available near the sink either. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay."
