Nice spacious apartment with large balcony. Fully equipped kitchenette. All amenities as stated. Secure parking for additional fee. Walking distance to grocery shops, beachfront and restaurants.

Property looks nice in pictures but it is very old. Also it is more appropriate for people over 60 and most of the people staying there were seniors. Restaurant breakfast is not worth it for the price so I recommend going to a nearby pastry. The area is not the best. It is in fact very close to the beach but surrounded by older looking buildings, some of them kind of sketchy. If you care about a trendy, youthful vibe, this is not the place. units are spacious and have nice views. If you are staying at the residences that have kitchens etc.. (not the hotel) you will have to leave it clean. Even if you pay a cleaning fee, you still need to clean before leaving, which is kind of a scam. You still have to wash all the dishes or put them in the dishwasher, collect all linens and bag them, remove sheets from beds, collect all the trash and take it to the garage bins.

Vi leide en ettroms studioleilighet. For 50 euro fikk vi redd opp sengene til vi kom og utvask av leiligheten. Leiligheten var i ok tilstand, rent men ikke så nytt. Bygget virket til å bestå av en del utleie, men også fastboende. Hotellet opplyser på siden deres at de har treningsrom til gjester. Dette romer var som et svært lite soverom med dårlig luft og meget sparsomt og gammelt utstyr. Servicen i resepsjonen var upåklagelig og det var kort vei til matbutikker for å gjøre innkjøp. Badehåndklær måtte vi bringe selv men sengetøy og håndklær til bruk i leiligheten var inkludert og kunne byttes hver fredag uten ekstra kostnader. En fin balkong med plass til 4-6 personer med utsikt mot en park. Lite støy i området. Rolig nabolag. Kort vei til offentlig strand. Leie av solsenger er dyrt (ca 30 euro pr seng) så public beach og luftmadrass funker fint. Leiligheten inneholdt det man trenger for enkel matlaging med platetopp med to plater, kjøleskap med liten fryser, vannkoker, kaffetrakter, brødrister, oppvaskmaskin samt det du trenger av servise og bestikk.

Grei beliggenhet, men ganske slitt.

Sentral beliggenhet i Juan Les Pins; kort vei til butikker, togstasjon og strand, men få gode restauranter i nærområdet. God størrelse på leilighetene (45kvm), men ganske slitte og triste (ser mye finere ut på bildene). Greit renhold på overflaten, men en del skitt langs lister og på lysbrytere. Stor og god veranda og bra med kjøkkenutstyr. Gode madrasser. En del trafikkstøy i området, som også høres om natten med lukkede vinduer. Hyggelige ansatte og rolig bokompleks (har mange eldre fastboende).

Stor 3 roms leilighet i øverste (7) etg. Gode senger, heldigvis!, godt utstyrt kjøkken, rikelig sengetøy og håndduker. Stor terrasse med solsenger, bord og stoler. Tilgang på vaskemaskin. Veldig hyggelig stab.

Appart hôtel superbe

Pour l’anniversaire de ma fille avec 4 copines . Dernier étage avec une superbe vue pour prendre l’apéro. À pied elles on pu aller dans les restaurants environnants et à la plage qui est juste à côté. Personnel très sympa et arrangeant

Fiable

Agréable appartement calme donnant sur le jardin d'une belle résidence située non loin de la mer. Beaucoup de linge de toilette et kit cuisine parfait. Le restaurant interne propose un burger vegan délicieux. Personnel fort serviable. Seul bémol , le linge de lit certes propre mais des couvertures vieillottes , il faudrait penser aux couettes !

Séjour de 3 nuits, aucun problème, chambre propre avec balcon. Endroit calme proche des plages. Personnel au top, endroit magnifique. J’y retournerai probablement bientôt. Je le recommande.

Généralement très bien, sauf qu'il n'y avait pas de canapé dans notre studio contrairement aux photos..à la place, 2 fauteuils pas confortables. c'est ce qu'il nous manquait surtout en soirée à deux.

Très bien situé, au calme, plage et restaurant à proximité, personnel accueillant et serviable. J’ai passé un très bon séjour et j’avoue que j’ avais pas envie de partir... Vi bodde i en ca 65 kvm stor leilighet. Meget rent og velstelt både ute og inne. Rolig, merket ingenting til støy fra byen. Mindre enn 5 min gange til stranden. Vi var meget fornøyd med hotellet. Her bodde også fastboende (den eldre garde), Ikke støy fra dem! Det eneste å nevne var håndvask ikke fantes på toalettet. Vi måtte gå til badet (via stue) for å vaske hendene etter toalettbesøk, Dette var for oss kun en mindre detalj :-)

Residence in comoda posizione rispetto a negozi, supermarket, spiaggia e centro di Juan les Pins. Appartamenti confortevoli, ben equipaggiati e ottima la possibilità di poter usufruire, ad un costo ragionevole, del garage.
