I always stay at the Novotel hotels as I find their service excellent and their facilities excellent. The Novotel Suites was convenient and accessible to the beach and shopping centre and tourist attractions. The area was safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the corridors are really dark which I found strange. Other than this I was pleased staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and hotel clean.

In close proximity to everything Cannes. Very walkable destination. Rooms were unique in decor and layout. Clean with fridge and microwave. Shower & toilet pressure was good. Underground parking was small and twisty but maneuverable. Breakfast was ample…but space to eat was tiny even though there was an outdoor sitting area

Well located. Family suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The bath in the bathroom was not clean… long curly hair and dirt marks on the bath. The air conditionning was set to the maximum and it was still hot in the room.

Place was nice and clean. Great walking distance from everything. Took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Only thing I did not like was the dark hallways, needs better lighting.

The place is not clean, the parking doesn't work, the elevators doesn't work on the parking for a 6 floor parking, is a disaster, the hotel is not clean, there is only one elevator, so you need to wait 5-10min,for real for going up and down. Price against quality is really bad

Really nice room with a separate toilet room and sink. There was a bathtub and a separate good sized shower. There were 3 of us travelling including our 17 yr old daughter so the extra "getting ready" space was appreciated. The air conditioning didn't work very well. Super great staff that were so helpful all the time Convenient to walk or uber

Slow check in, but nice rooms and good location

Check in took 45 mins, as they were not able to find the 2nd room on my booking. Ended up having to share 1 room until we returned later that evening. Very inconvenient The 2nd day my room key didn't work and had to be reactivated. The rooms were very large and well equipped with comfortable bed. Good location within walking distance to town.
