Great location, nice afternoon terrace and roof top swimming pool area. Room was clean and staff efficient, nice restaurant Scalini with fine dining, on the flip side hotel feels old and it’s difficult to make rooms dark due to intense light on hotel outside as well as different light emitters in the rooms, gym very small, WiFi did not work, everything else fine

I spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and I enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is so luxurious you will not be disappointed. All the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. The area is perfect, tons of dining options and luxury stores all walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here, 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to return.

Great hotel and service!

Wonderful and friendly service from the minute we drove up the the minute we left. Everyone was so helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need. The location is in the best spot, right in the middle of everything and we walked everywhere. Thank you for making our first time to Cannes so enjoyable.

Staff was very nice. We paid $4500 for 4 nights and the rooms are definitely in need of upgrades. The “pool area” on the roof looked like it was it was fit for a motel 6. This place is beyond pricey.

Overall good stay. Our room smelled like smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The rooms need an update - the carpet in the entrance was stained and just looked somewhat outdated. However, the room was very spacious. Housekeeping was excellent; they even lined up all my shoes neatly. The bed was very large and comfortable. Excellent location, in the middle of it all and the beach promenade right across the street. The beach club was closed due to a black out Cannes film festival period? However we were there May 28 and the festival was already finished. We had to go to the public beach; at least the hotel was able to provide us with towels.

Pros: beautiful modern lobby; easily accessible and comfortable room; great location, probably the best in Cannes; helpful valet and bell service. Cons: no turn-down service despite the claim of being a 5 star property; very cheap on things like coffee capsules, soap, shower caps etc.; the restaurant (Scalina) was disappointing--it was our worst dinner in Cannes.

we heard everything that was happening in our neighbor's room. Too noisy. The hotel is particularly closed, no view from the lobby to the outside. No nice cafe or tea room to sit in. The only restaurant is in the basement

Check in staff was amazing! However the concierge staff were very rude. They provided no help , made no eye contact, and didn’t greet anyone entering or exiting the hotel. The gym is very very small out 2 out of 3 cardio machines were working. The pool and rooftop area is outdated.

room had a smell I told the reception also the robes had a bad smell and towel to had a smell I think they need to change there way of cleaning them but robes where used before service very good cleaning lady was very nice and helpful also we got the renting car scratch they need to be careful when they park them

We really liked it here but when we checkin we gave out credit card for charges to the room and we had parking and ate at their restaurant, which was delicious but when we woke up the next morning we had a note under our door asking us to come to the front desk. They asked us to pay for the city taxes, parking and restaurant charges. I said I left my credit card. Oh we can only do 300 $ a day so you must pay and start back at zero. I said that is nuts, why take my card then. I felt like they didn’t trust us and made me fell uneasy. Next morning went to check out and the lady said, I see you prepaid for your room and charges to the room. Ya because you made us come and pay up front. Won’t be staying here again!

Our recent stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the location is excellent and the amenities are as advertised, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our overall experience. For the majority of our week-long stay, we faced nightly disturbances that made it difficult to rest and enjoy our vacation. The issues ranged from noisy neighbors to unpleasant odors in the hallways. Despite multiple complaints, these problems persisted for several days without effective resolution. However, I must commend the staff for their efforts on our final night. After five challenging nights, they were exceptionally accommodating and moved us to a quieter room, which dramatically improved our experience. This gesture, while appreciated, came too late to salvage the overall stay. The hotel has potential, given its location and facilities, but needs to address its noise management and policy enforcement to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all guests. While our stay ended on a positive note thanks to the staff's last-minute efforts, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a relaxing beach vacation.
