Hi. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Verlaine. The hotel is is the residential area a short walk to a public beach and a shop behind it which was great. 15 min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can hear some road noise but you are in the city. I really liked the lobby, my room and balcony. The hotel looked after my cases on my last day until my flight home. Fridge in room, cold water dispenser downstairs. A great hotel. Thank you.

I am a seasoned traveler and honestly, this stay, booked last minute, was amazing. Special thanks to Sydnei on the front desk as he was helpful and welcoming and definitely made a difference! The property has parking (20€) which was a life saver for me; the room, though not too big, was clean and nice, with all the needed amenities, high ceiling, and great bathroom. The breakfast (€20) was absolutely delicious. The property located near the highway but windows are sound isolating. The location allows you to easily access the beach (about 8-10 min walk), the train station (10 min walk), and shops (3-5 min walk). Truly recommend.

A great small modern hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beaches and great local shopping. Terrific location as a base to explore Cannes and the wider area. Staff lovely, very helpful and willing to put up with English humour which is always a bonus. Possibly the best value hotel we've stayed in for a while.

Don't miss this hotel

The location was very convenient, takes about 10 min to the the luxurious street and the beach. A large super market sits conveniently right next to it. You can purchase almost everything you need includes wonderful wine. The staff were kind and helpful. I wonder why this hotel is rated low eights. It's a four star hotel and really was. Beautifully decorated, nice b/f. Strongly recommend!

Perfect location in Cannes decent hotel

Location is excellent and room was spacious and bright. Bathroom had a bathtub and makeup mirror with lights! The TV wasn’t working though with my iphone the connection wasn’t made to stream Netflix. The hotel needs improvement with helping the guests with the luggage. I requested to take my luggage from my room which is fine but upon leaving the hotel I was left on my own with 2 heavy luggage to hassle to the Uber.
