Very nice hotel and location

Excellent location for shopping, restaurants etc. The bus station and train station is across the street as well. Very close to the harbor and the beach, I will definitely stay here again. All staff was great. Appreciated free water and free refill.

A very very nice little hotel next to the station. The cleaning routine was a little strange, but otherwise a functional hotel with super friendly staff. The only disappointment was that, despite requesting it, there were no proper vegan options at breakfast. In any case, having tested accommodations in Cannes, I can say that this is a very good option in its price range with the prefect location.

Great hotel and well located for public transport

We stayed at this hotel 5 years ago (different name then) and wanted to return for another visit. Still as good as the first time and the hotel appears to have been nicely renovated. Great location for the town and transport connections.

The location is perfect! The train station is right across the street and all the shopping and beach access is walking distance. Overall the hotel was clean and peaceful and most staff were friendly and helpful! The washroom is tiny and the room is pretty small, but not a big deal as we were only in the room at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Great deal, central location, beautiful decor

Centrally located right beside the Cannes train station - makes daily travel across the Cote d'Azur so much easier. The whole hotel is smartly and warmly decorated, the staff very friendly. The room I had was slightly small but perfect for a solo/ couple stay. The balcony however looked out on to the main road so it can get quite noisy in the mornings/ weekend evenings.

It was overall a good stay

Hotel was very clean and fresh. Staff was very polight and it was nice that the reception was open 24/7, i was feeling safe. Hotel is opposite Cannes railwaystation and it was great because i was using train a lot, very easy to visit all places in the coast. The negative thing was that cleaner did not change the Tea mugs and wine classes, she just put the dirty ones back in my room?! And i Stayed 9 nights. Also the hand paper in the toilet was always finished and she did not fill it even i asked. Same sheets 9 days, it was okay because it was not hot weather. But i would come again. Price and quality are fine.

As you reception area you find it is clean and the furnishings are neutral. The lady at the reception was welcoming her name was Iris. We stayed in room 211 for 2 nights, the first night was noisy because there is a late night food place opposite the room and people where very loud till late. Also the bed linen has a rip. They don't clean the rooms daily. There is complimentary water in the room. Coffee machine and kettle. Mini fridge with drinks. And a safe to store your valuables. We had a bath with shower head, pressure was perfect and plenty of hot water. It is a clean lovely hotel. We will be back as the location is perfect as it's opposite Cannes train/ bus station.
