Lovely hotel with friendly staff- the cleanliness was exceptional. Lovely balcony with a view over the garden and surrounding area. Very easy walking distance for shopping/train/beaches. Excellent value for money and would stay again.

The hotel was lovely for the price, it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, the main shopping area and a 10 minute walk from the beach. The hotel was clean and fresh towels were given daily!

Lovely hotel in easy reach of everything in Cannes. Loved the garden in the front with a little coffee and ice cream shop. Very relaxing and beautiful. Staff very helpful.

Well located peaceful hotel

Very comfortable hotel which is well placed between Rue D'Antibes and Rue Moliere. It has a lovely shaded gaden perfect for relaxing and having a light lunch or drink. Even though its just a maximum of 10 mins away from Palais des Festvals and La Croissant, it's peaceful. A special word for the staff who are friendly, but also the receptionist did a lot of shuffling with rooms so that we wouldn't have swop rooms mid-stay. (We had to make 2 separate bookings in 2 types of rooms due to our plans changing)

This place is a gem, a real find. The location is perfect, equidistant from the Croisette and the main shopping areas. It is like an oasis, a lovely garden that shields you from the rest of Cannes until you are ready to venture out. The rooms are comfortable, well designed. The bathrooms are modern, well equipped. The staff are wonderful: friendly, efficient, nothing is too much trouble for them. The whole atmosphere of the place is delightful. I have stayed in many places in Cannes...5 star hotels and apartment rentals....but this is the best I have found. Will definitely be returning.

Avoid ground floor rooms

The hotel and service was absolutely lovely however my ground floor room (room 100) had a terrible smell to it, much like cat urine but probably mildew / humidity related. The receptionists unfortunately couldn’t do anything about this nor could they move me due to the hotel being fully booked so my stay was pretty terrible. I really think they should do a deep cleaning of that room before they allow another guest to stay there. They told me that I should have requested a room on a higher floor well before arrival. So I would pass that advice over to someone wanting to stay there!!

From the photos provided in hotel’s listing, my understanding was that we were getting a hotel room with a balcony. The reality was way different. First of all, Expedia says check in is at 3 pm, upon arrival we were informed that check in is not until 4 pm. There was a strong unpleasant rotting smell and a bunch of flies in a hallway. At 4 pm we were assigned a room. You could clearly tell that this room used to be a storage room of some sort. It was on a ground floor, next to a breakfast area, not upstairs with the rest of the rooms. It was extremely small and very stuffy, but we couldn’t even open windows or I would rather say sliding doors, because right outside our room there was a RESTAURANT. Yes, right outside our sliding doors there were people hanging out - having lunch, dinner, evening drinks, they would hang out there till late, talking loud, laughing and smoking. Clearly this used to be a storage room or something that they decided to turn into a room, without even trying to consider how they guests would feel living in a fish tank not being able to get any fresh air while people at the restaurant are hanging right outside their windows. Ah, and on top of that, restaurant staff was constantly arguing with hotel owners, yelling at each other all day long. I only give one star for the price and location.
