"David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The cleanliness , location , efficient and friendly staff , good breakfast made this hotel an excellent choice ."

"Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car. Would certainly stay here again."

"Everything was clean and tidy the food was excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient."
