We had lots of fun at this resort. Lots to do and enjoyed all the activities. The spa was amazing. The food was delicious. Bring bug spray.

It was a joy to walk around the trails and see many animals. Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. Eco Adventure staff was very helpful. Horrible roads leading to the resort.

The restaurant that was open had a great view. Roy, Arturo, and Victor provided great service. The property was very well kept and the offerings were wonderful.

The resort is an easy ride from Liberia, little over an hour. If you can, book one of the mountain rooms. Best location, close to all and an easy walk to El Mirador. The deck at that restaurant is the most amazing view at sunset. Highly recommend. And the food is good too. If you're in for a bit of everything, then get the day pass. Book it on their website, that's way cheaper than booking at the front desk.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was awesome. The grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We did the Eco Adventure tour, 12 incredible things in one day, it was exhausting, but we loved every minute of it.

It was a wonderful resort with beauty everywhere you looked! Comfy beds. Every meal we had was delicious!! I’m sorry I forgot his name but the waiter at the jaguar was so friendly! Worked so hard we saw him early in the morning and late at night! Victor at le mirado was so friendly and great! The sunset was beautiful and it was a great place to hang out in the evening! Jose David looked after us all day while on our day tour, he was awesome!! Very knowledgeable!!

Lots of activities to do at the resort but if you don't have a car, you are limited and can't leave as it's pretty remote. There were some beautiful sunsets to watch from the el mirador restaurant. The rooms were a bit dated with a fan and no AC. There were some bugs in the room and in the area and we were bitten quite a bit.

The meals were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were awesome! Loved the tree top bridges! Carlos made our trip to Rincon awesome. He had fantastic suggestions and made us feel very welcome everyday!

The location is really breathtaking. It is low season so only one restaurant was open for meals (but be sure to check out the views at susnset). The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the waterslide (Tsunami speed). The views of the Volcano were wow! And the thermal springs in the afternoon (accompanied by a number of monkies above were just what the docter ordered).

Room was high-quality, spotless, The food was amazing especially the buffet, The four-wheel ride to the Hot Springs was super fun because we got to see monkeys and the Hot Springs were awesome especially the steam room and hot pool. Fun to see herds of horses go by being driven by the real Cowboys, awesome to see toucans, coatis, and lots of other wildlife. Also love the authentic pottery making demonstration. it was a wonderful adventure we will never forget

Our room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed listening to the birds and having a cup of coffee on our deck before going for breakfast. We were unable to walk to brkfst or dinner at Jaguar because my husband was experiencing severe back and leg pain. There are so many activities to enjoy there! Jarvis kindly picked us up each morning and returned us to our cabin. He was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Victor always made us feel special and always had a smile on his face. Lies went out of her way to help us our entire stay. We feel we've made new friends. Others that were helpful and kind were Arturo and Bismark. Buena Vista Del Rincon is a special resort with magnificent views and so much to offer. We wish we'd been physically able to enjoy them more. We'll be back.

Staff were so lovely and welcoming. The activities at the resort were good, we booked a package from their website as we only wanted to do some of the activities and the package they offer at the resort is all of them for $120. They allowed us to split up our activities over two days so we did most of them one day and the hanging bridges before we checked out the next. There aren’t many options for food around the resort and I feel more than 2 nights unless you are driving to do an activity elsewhere would have been too much. But for 2 nights it was perfect. Great way to start our Costa Rican vacation.

Room was nice but we stayed in the upgraded Mountain rooms. Other facilities seemed a bit rundown. Food wasn’t great. Sent a message 5 days ahead and requested a reservation for a nice table with view at dinner for our 10th Anniversary and kept following up. They finally confirmed but when we got to the restaurant they didn’t even have our table ready or seem to know anything. They did end up accommodating us after I insisted. And at 9 am in the morning a gardener started weed whacking all the lawns and areas outside of all the mountain rooms which went on for 2 hours. No option to sit on our porch or relax with that happening. Perhaps they do those areas between 11-2 pm so people can enjoy their patio and room in peace. Thanks
