"The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. "

"Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view.
The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part.
Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay."

"The good things: it was in a convenient location between both ports. There is parking if you rent a car. Check in was easy and no unexpected costs. The rooms were clean and the a/c was ice cold.

"Chablé Maroma”s location, facilities, restaurants, and vibe are outstanding and superior to the half dozen or so Riviera Maya properties I have stayed at in recent years. The breakfast at the Kaban restaurant on the water is a sublime experience. The jungle spa has everything you’d expect at a world-class facility, and it is right in the middle of a teeming jungle.
