The experience started off horrible it got better but overall very disappointing. We coordinated and paid $160 for a shuttle through the hotel to be picked up from airport. Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Great overall experience. Was a bit disappointed, the margaritas were pre-paid in a jug. I’m from Toronto, and our Mexican restaurants have much better margaritas than this resort, which is sad. Other than that, you get what you paid for in this resort.
