"Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. "

"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"I had an amazing experience at Conturce hostel for my first hostel stay. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The staff were incredible, especially Edwin and Yeslady who were so kind and helpful. Even with a few mix ups on my end, they made everything easy. "I traveled with a group of 21 including myself. When we arrived we had to wait til 4 for check-in so we were able to take a look around. The rooms are nice but needing some updating and some furniture items need replacing. The sofabed in my room was stuck out all weekend which ruined me having my group being in my room to celebrate my bday where all my decorations where put up because they dont allow you to decorate inside of the hotel unless you book an event space. "It is in a good location. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in was done smoothly. The breakfast was ok, considering it was free due to us staying there. The room could have been a bit more clean, especially the refrigerator, and oven. The sofa was a bit worn out, so maybe updated furniture would help. Overall, the price, the location, and the staff is what made our stay a pleasant experience."

"Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly. "
