"My Review Although the hotel has good service, a great location, and very clean facilities, I was disappointed with my experience regarding the pool. When I checked in at the front desk, I was not informed that the pool was out of service. I only found out about it from another guest. I believe this is important information that should have been communicated to guests at check-in, especially since the pool is one of the amenities advertised by the hotel. What was even more disappointing was that the hotel did not offer any discount, compensation, or alternative option despite the pool being unavailable for guests to use during my stay. Overall, the hotel has many positive qualities, but I believe they need to improve their communication with guests and be more proactive when an important amenity is unavailable."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. The only thing we thought was outrageous was the 50$ parking fee each night; on top of spending a decent amount of money already for a 3 night stay. Besides the crazy parking fee, no complaints about this Hotel."
