The room was simple and very basic but clean and roomy; the breakfast buffet variety of food and seating area was outstanding, and we went once to the sister hotel buffet dinner, which was very nice. The pools were pleasant and the partial view of the sea was just as advertised. The hotel was within walking distance of beautiful Playa Iletes Beach, and the bus to Palma city center is right outside the front doors. The staff was very helpful in booking a cab for us to the airport and helping us with our luggage in the rain.

We went for a short family break. Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time. Facilities were good - breakfast was great - really good choice of fresh foods. Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car

Perfect for our two night break. Fabulous view from our bungalow facing the sea. Watching the sun rise We had the best time. Our check in was very disappointing though as the man we found to be very rude. Nowhere to buy water at 1am on arrival and he said everything is closed including the bar. No water in the room. It was only on check out day I heard a man ask for water that they happily give bottles of water. Then we walked to find the bungalows and the key didn’t work. We went back to reception which was quite a walk at 1 am and no apology However all other staff on reception after were wonderful. It didn’t ruin our stay but could see how first impressions can.

The hotel is in a lovely area close to the beach, the bus stop is right outside the hotel to conveniently take you to Palma for only 2 euro. The breakfast and dinner choices were fabulous and the outdoor pool area and bars leading out to the sea was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Lovely hotel in nice area. Breakfast was excellent. Large rooms and balcony. Clean towels and sheets most days. Only slight issue was pool towels sometimes not available and difficult to get ice! Would stay again!

Nice place for family stay

Nice place! There are 2 Bonanza, this place and one across the road. This one is older but quiet and nice, 2 pools and tennis, mini-golf etc. Staff were all super nice. A bit far from Palma city center (30 min on bus) but well connected by bus line 4.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay last week. Our free upgrade to a 2 bed bungalow was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast option was plentiful. We loved swimming in the pools which were quiet. So handy being able to easily explore using the bus that stops right outside.

Nice stay. Very comfy bed. Quiet dark room with great view. Pool on the ocean is awesome. Had a fantastic massage with Camila!!! Buffet food was surprisingly very good, breakfast was great and an omelette station.
