"Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest.
Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."
"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
"I've stayed here a couple times and it's a much smarter choice than the City Garden GRAND nearby. The rooms are the same size, but lower priced. Staff is pleasant. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is adequate. I'd stay again."
