"Staff were awesome, very friendly. Iron & board very poor shape, gym or fitness center was a joke. Water pressure and temperatures were terrible. Would not have paid half of what I paid and will not stay there again."

"The hotel is in a safe area and walkable to many restaurants, including the 39th Ave train station, which we took to go downtown and to the Stampede. We stayed two days and no one came to make the beds or change our towels, but other than that it was a great hotel."
