What you can expect

  • Explore the lakes and mountain landscapes of Banff and Yoho national parks on a guided day tour with us. Depart from a designated meeting point in Calgary or Banff and travel through the Canadian Rockies in a comfortable tour vehicle.

    【Lake Louise】
Famous for its vivid turquoise waters set against the spectacular Victoria Glacier, this iconic alpine destination offers world-class photography, scenic shoreline trails, and breathtaking mountain views. Stroll along the lakeshore at your own pace, photograph the glacier and mountain backdrop, and admire the exterior of Fairmont Château Lake Louise. Enjoy time to take in the scenery without rushing between photo stops. (Approx. 2 hours)

    【Moraine Lake】
Nestled in the rugged Valley of the Ten Peaks, this breathtaking glacier-fed lake features an intensely vivid shade of turquoise. It is widely considered one of the most stunning spots in the Canadian Rockies. (Approx. 1 hour)
*If it is closed, we will visit Vermilion Lakes instead.

【Yoho National Park and Emerald Lake】
Cross into British Columbia and continue through Yoho National Park. Yoho National Park's premier destination - Emerald Lake dazzles visitors with its brilliant emerald-green waters. It provides a serene, picturesque setting that is perfectly framed by the towering President Range. (Approx. 20 mins)

    【Natural Bridge】
Witness the sheer force of nature at this impressive rock formation in Yoho National Park, where the roaring waters of the Kicking Horse River have carved a stunning natural pathway directly through solid limestone. (Approx. 15 mins)

    【Spiral Tunnels】
Hear commentary about the Spiral Tunnels as you travel through the Kicking Horse Pass area. Learn how this railway engineering project helped trains navigate the mountain terrain. Train sightings are not guaranteed.

    Seasonal itinerary
Moraine Lake is visited when seasonal road access permits, generally from June to mid-October. During its winter closure, the tour visits Vermilion Lakes instead. Winter scenery and lake conditions differ from summer, and stops may change with weather or road access.
