"Pool is not open. No advance information before the check in. Our kids are excited that they can use the pool but not. They should inform us in advance. Our kids are sad."

"The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We were out most of each day and when we returned to our room, it was clean, beds made and fresh towels. The breakfast buffet each morning was very good. I have nothing negative to say."

"The only things that went wrong were the temperature in the room can only get so warm. My husband froze the whole time and the walkway was closed to get to the casino so we walked in the pouring rain to get there."

"Staff member (a lady) was very helpful, but the location, the environment, etc. are bad. It looks so bad from outside, they did some renovations but it is still not good. Especially traveling with kids.the breakfast was bad, not enough space."
