"Staff is extremely helpful with getting you checked in and navigating the property. Our room was clean and spacious, the kids enjoyed having their own area. My only complaint is that our room was next door to the gym and unfortunately for us the gym is open from 7am-10pm… so we woke up to weights being dropped repeatedly. Being that the rooms are so close to the gym maybe the gym hours should be from 8 or 9am-10pm. We went to the dragons den (MAKE A RESERVATION!!!) for dinner and we enjoyed our food, the breakfast buffet while delicious it was chaotic - for breakfast a reservation does not mean you’ll be checked in at that time since you still have to wait in line to check in and be seated (GET THERE EARLY!!!) and there’s so many people but that’s expected since it’s a family centered hotel. There were so many options for breakfast (cereal, eggs, French toast, pancakes, chilaquiles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, etc) so there’s something for everyone. To get to the Legoland park it only took a hop, skip, and a jump to get there. Definitely would recommend staying at the hotel, it is as one of the easiest stress free trips we’ve had with the kids."

"Middle of nowhere hidden Gem in Pala California. Had everything you needed and wanted downstairs from the room, many options for dining and the casino is just so posh and clean. Smells amazing and staff is extremely friendly and helpful"

"There were roaches in the room and the bathroom floor was so dirty doesn’t look like it’s been washed ever. I had to go purchase sandals just to shower. I had to take my belongings everyday because I was afraid of getting roaches. The smell of roaches was pretty strong around one room specifically. I won’t be staying here again."

"It was a great stay. Everything - both in the room as well as out in the lobby and hallways - was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast but the food was fresh and tasty. Thank you for a great stay!"

"I loved the villas. They were very spacious and had all of the important amenities for my stay - microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. It even had kitchen items like pots & pans, dinnerware and tableware. The bathroom and bedroom was spacious and the living room was nice and quaint. I had a patio. My villa was downstairs. I wish there was an elevator because my luggage was heavy. I didn’t visit the store/market. I did visit Canyon Grille. The food was good but service was a little slow. My waitress and the greeter were super nice but it seemed like they were understaffed. I liked the fitness facility. I don’t use the pool. The outdoor seating areas were nice. I visited their farmer’s market and it was excellent. My overall stay was magnificent."

"We noticed that one of the showers was only releasing cold water and notified the front desk. They sent somebody right away and had it fixed. :) Helpful staff, a clean room, and a nice hot breakfast."
